Organizational Structure

The administrative responsibilities for MASFAA are vested in a Board of Directors comprised of the elected officers of the organization. Those offices are: President; President-Elect; Immediate Past-President; Vice-President; Treasurer; Secretary; Member-At-Large and three Directors. The MASFAA Constitution outlines the official responsibilities designated for each board member. Elections are held during the Spring Conference.

Committees serve an important role in MASFAA's administrative structure. The president appoints several committees to conduct business for the association. They include: Training; Electronic Services; High School Relations; State Aid Programs; Conference; Diversity; Finance/Audit; Archives; Long Range Planning; Membership; Legislative; and others. Adhoc committees are also utilized for specific purposes, as needed each year.
