Minutes/Report: DATE: March 26, 2008 - Minutes from 03-26-2008 LOCATION: Phone ATTENDEES: Cammie Champion, Cindy May, Trina Wilson, Jackie Boone, Caroline Rosser, Tawesia Colyer GUEST(S): N/A MINUTES STATUS: N/A Minutes from Training Committee Meeting 03/26/2008 The training committee will meet at 10:00 AM on Monday, March 31st to put binders together, get setup for the event and organize the welcome table. Everyone is asked to complete their reimbursement forms on Monday so that Steve can reimburse the mileage and any other expenses incurred. The shirts for this year are black and red for the trainers and blue for the participants with dress being casual all three days. Healthy snacks will be served along with water and soft drinks. Cammie will bring the Power Points in electronic version but everyone is asked to bring a copy of their own power points just in case there is a problem. Trina is bringing up the name tags and binders. Tawesia is bringing her camera and a large cooler. Three members volunteered to bring ice cream scoops.
