Minutes/Report: DATE: September 21, 2007 - Membership Committee Meeting LOCATION: Conference Call ATTENDEES: Nedra Bradley, chair Jeanie Hughes Felicity Purvis GUEST(S): MINUTES STATUS: The meeting began with Nedra thanking the committee members for their presence. We talked about the things that we wanted to accomplish as a committee. We would like to update the primary contact for each institution. Once the primary contact is updated, we will begin to clean up the database. Duplicates will be deleted and all that are no longer associated with financial aid will be deleted. We will go through the directory to make sure that everyone from the same institution is listed correctly. We also want to revamp the mentor program. Instead of just using it as a way to assign memtors for the MASFAA conference, we will try to pair people up by their institution type or software type.
